Peter is the Managing Director of midcornwall Letting & Estate Agency. He founded the company in 1997. He holds an accredited NAEA Technical Award in Residential Letting and Property Management. With his in-depth knowledge of the Cornwall Lettings Market and UK Lettings Law he has become a local, regular media commentator and consultant.
Viv Penhaligon
Lettings and Office Manager
Viv is the Lettings and Office Manager. She has been working for the company since 2004. Viv deals with running the general office, and payment handling. She has played an integral part in establishing what is now considered to be one of
Cornwall's most reputable Letting & Estate Agents.
Annette Smith
Senior Lettings Negotiator
Annette is our Senior Lettings Negotiator. She has been trained by the Association of Residential Letting Agents and has attained the
ARLA Foundation Competency Test. She has proven to always achieve great results and establishes extremely effective client/agent relations.
Thomas Hewitt MARLA
Inventory Clerk
Thomas is a Lettings Negotiator and our Inventory Clerk. In 2010 he attained the ARLA Technical Award in Residential Letting and Property
Management. Thomas excels in his knowledge of the relevant legislation, and undertakes most of the property visits.
Nick Cole
Head of Administration / Property Maintenance
Nick is our specialist in property maintenance and repair issues. He has a background in the building trade and environment, With such an in depth knowledge he plays an important role in the office. Nick also deals with setting up tenants' viewing appointments.
Tracy Bennetto
Sales Negotiator and Administrator
Tracy has worked within Estate Agency for the last 12 years having worked locally for Stratton Creber and Countrywide EA, gaining extensive knowledge in administration and Estate Agency.
